by accessing or using stubbbr, you confirm you are at least [13 / 16 / 18 — confirm] years old, you have authority to enter into these terms, and you agree to be bound by them along with our privacy policy. if you do not agree, do not use the service.

you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

you agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it current. one person, one account.

stubbbr offers a free tier and a paid tier (collector). collector subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. cancellations take effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.

prices are listed in [USD] and exclude taxes unless otherwise stated. payment is processed by stripe; by providing payment details you authorize us to charge the card for applicable fees.

we may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. price changes apply to billing periods that begin after the notice period.

refunds:we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but if you have a problem, email support@stubbbr.comand we'll do what's right.

you own the concerts, notes, ratings, and photos you add to stubbbr. we don't claim any ownership over them. by uploading content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, back up, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you.

you represent that you have the right to upload everything you upload. if you include other people in photos, make sure you have their consent.

you agree not to:

• scrape, mass-export, or redistribute data from the service
• use stubbbr to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others
• upload malware, spam, or content that infringes copyright
• attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• resell access to the service or use it on behalf of third parties without our written consent
• reverse-engineer the service except to the extent permitted by law

we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

stubbbr integrates with third-party services (ticketmaster, setlist.fm, spotify, mapbox, openai, and others) to enrich your data. those services have their own terms; we're not responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy. metadata we display about concerts, setlists, venues, and artists comes from these sources, and we make no guarantees about its correctness.

you can delete your account at any time from settings. we may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure for stubbbr, or fail to pay for a paid subscription.

on termination, we'll erase your data within 30 days as described in the privacy policy, except where retention is required by law.

stubbbr is provided "as is" and "as available." we make no warranties — express or implied — about uptime, accuracy of metadata, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. your use of the service is at your own risk.

we are not a ticketing service. stubbbr does not sell or guarantee tickets. event details displayed in the app come from third parties; verify with the venue or official source before relying on them.

to the maximum extent permitted by law, stubbbr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the service.

our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) [USD 100].

you agree to indemnify and hold stubbbr harmless from claims arising out of your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

these terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [venue], except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to pursue claims in your home jurisdiction.

we may update these terms from time to time. material changes will be announced by email and in-product at least 30 days before they take effect. continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
